Permission Granted for Former Horizon Mall Shopping Centre

Great news for Limerick that planning has been granted by Limerick City and County Council for the redevelopment of the former Horizon Mall Shopping Centre.  PUNCH are proud to be involved in the new project for the site had lain dormant and been an eye-sore for the city for over 10 years and is now to be developed for mixed-use commercial, residential and community development inclusive of a 15 storey landmark building, hotel, and office accommodation.

The project is a significant mixed-use development.  The residential elements, 245 bedrooms in blocks ranging in height from 3 to 14 storeys, combining with four office blocks planned, over basement parking providing 12,262 square metres, with a 152 bedroom, four storey hotel, a filling station, and a community building which will rise up three-storeys.
