Planning Permission Granted for Daly’s Hill, Kilkenny

Fantastic news that that Daly’s Hill Mixed Use Development has received planning permission from Kilkenny County Council in what has been described as the largest, most comprehensive and all-encompassing planning application for Kilkenny City in a generation.  This significant mixed-use development consists of 266 residential units, 126 bed nursing home, 4,000m² of office accommodation, creche, retail units, a new bridge over the River Breagagh, and a new City Park.  PUNCH Consulting Engineers provided Civil, Structural, PSDP, and Traffic and Flood Risk Assessment services on this project.
